In this video, Craig begins a discussion of forms by showing you how to create a form and insert text fields into that form.

Radio buttons allow users to select one option from a number of options in a web form. In this video, Craig explains the basics of radio buttons and demonstrates how to implement them in Dreamweaver.

Checkboxes function similarly to radio buttons, except that checkboxes allow you to select multiple options at once. In this video, Craig demonstrates how to implement them.
